Job Summary
Marketing & Communications Officer to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at retaining and increasing student enrolments across our schools. You will work with Principals and the Marketing & Communications team to deliver impactful campaigns, enhance school branding, manage social media accounts and websites, coordinate with external providers, organize events, support system-wide marketing strategies, and monitor marketing expenditure with the Communications Lead. Requires a tertiary qualification in PR/journalism/marketing or related field, solid marketing experience, strong writing and design skills, content management experience, and willingness to travel between schools and the head office in Thebarton.
Required Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in public relations, journalism, marketing or related field
- Experience in marketing and communications role
- Experience managing online content, planning and implementing social media strategies
- Strong understanding of marketing principles including brand management and marketing strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages including desktop publishing and graphic design skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills for multiple platforms
- Ability to travel between schools and head office in Thebarton
