Job Summary
Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand messaging, cross-channel communications, and PR for a SaaS-focused marketing team. You will develop and execute brand programs, oversee collateral and website copy, manage media relationships, and optimize campaigns using performance data. The role requires collaboration across designers, copywriters, product, and demand-gen teams, with responsibilities spanning content creation, PR, social media, analytics, vendor management, and development of customer evidence assets such as case studies and video interviews. Expected to drive brand awareness, ensure consistent messaging, and improve ROI through data-driven optimization. Proficiency with Act-On, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce, and CMS tools is preferred, and experience in financial services marketing is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing communications, brand management, or related SaaS marketing experience
- Proven ability to maintain and enhance brand identity across channels
- Exceptional written storytelling capabilities and PR/media management experience
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Act-On, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua)
- Familiarity with Salesforce lead management and campaign reporting
- Experience managing CMS and social media platforms

- Salesforce—familiarity with lead management tracking and campaign reporting
- Experience managing content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
