Marketing Communications Manager

Plan, lead and execute multi-channel growth marketing initiatives across Malaysia, including defining and delivering local growth campaigns from A–Z and localisation of Global/Regional campaigns. Define campaign strategy, messaging and channel mix; oversee localisation to local market needs. Lead offline events (tradeshows, seminars, workshops) and measure ROI. Create, review and localise marketing content and assets ensuring consistency and quality. Monitor and optimise the full marketing funnel from demand generation to revenue, collaborating with Sales and Lead Qualification teams. Manage marketing spend and provide input on budget allocation to General Manager and Commercial Leaders. Own the country marketing function as the primary marketing representative in local leadership forums and cross-functional discussions. Participate in leadership meetings, contributing marketing insight to commercial priorities and growth initiatives. Travel across Malaysia as required. The role requires a Master’s degree and 7-10 years of B2B growth marketing experience, proficiency with Marketo/Salesforce/LinkedIn/analytics, and comfort with AI tools; hybrid working arrangement in Kuala Lumpur.
