Job Summary
Marketing & Communications Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in the Mechanical & Electrical sector, overseeing external and internal communications, website management, and supporting Business Development. Responsibilities include managing marketing activities and budget, coordinating with external agencies, producing content for social media, newsletters, white papers and case studies, site visits for content opportunities, and delivering ROI-focused campaigns across B2B clients in Education, Defence and Emergency Services. Includes events and exhibitions management, and collaboration with various teams to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and relationship building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creative Skills – photography/delivering self-content creating skills would be an advantage
