Job Summary

Responsible for completing the property's marketing plan and managing all e-commerce opportunities; develops a leisure marketing plan to drive occupancy and maintains property websites. Builds relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders, coordinates offers for publications and collateral, plans photo shoots, and ensures consistent marketing messaging across all advertising and guest touchpoints. Oversees the marketing budget, tracks ROI and campaign performance (website/email campaigns, DMA reports, past guest lists), analyzes data to inform future planning, and collaborates with corporate and property teams to maximize revenue. Maintains brand voice for the individual property while adhering to corporate standards and looks to maximize occupancy through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships with distribution channels, Convention Bureaus, and Chambers of Tourism.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
