Job Summary
Lead marketing communications initiatives for PHP Agency under the Director of Marketing; translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and timelines, and ensure execution across channels with on-brand quality. Directly manage and guide a creative team (graphic designers, videographers/editors, social media specialists), oversee content planning and delivery across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, and partner with events and field teams to support conventions and leadership events. Drive campaign execution, email marketing, content calendars, and analytics while maintaining brand standards, delivering timely assets, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Demonstrate strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills to support agent engagement, recruiting, and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of Marketing Communications (MARCOMM) experience
- Experience managing creative teams and marketing projects
