Marketing Communications Manager

Job Summary
Marketing Communications Manager responsible for owning KOL-rich, technically literate messaging across channels to drive pipeline in semiconductor/chiplet ecosystems. Translate chiplet/interconnect and multi-die concepts into clear narratives for IC design engineers, SoC architects, FAEs, procurement leaders, and executives. Lead content strategy (whitepapers, IP briefs, case studies, blogs, video scripts), alignment with Product and Applications teams, and multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, industry publications) with measured MQL and pipeline outcomes. Build and maintain brand voice and PR activities, support executive thought leadership and speaking submissions at major industry events, and enable Sales with compelling collateral and IP licensing materials. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Analysts relations (Gartner, Omdia, Linley) to tailor messaging for verticals (datacenter, AI, automotive, Edge IoT); experience with CRM/marketing automation tools and a track record of delivering measurable pipeline impact; able to work remotely or from hubs in Santa Clara, Austin, Cambridge, or London.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing communications experience, with at least 3 years in semiconductor, EDA, IP licensing, or adjacent deep tech
- strong technical writing ability for engineers and executives
- experience managing integrated campaigns with measurable pipeline impact
- familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar)
- excellent written and verbal communication in English
- comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams
- self-starter with hands-on, fast-moving execution
