Job Summary
Manage social media accounts by responding to inquiries, moderating comments, and creating monthly schedules while overseeing ad campaigns. Produce and edit video content for marketing, customer education, and public outreach, ensuring alignment with branding and accessibility standards. Write, proofread, and publish materials for websites, press releases, and internal communications. Compile metrics and reporting data to support data-driven decision-making and drive business development across service areas. Coordinate special events, public information programs, and presentations to foster community support for public transportation. Maintain confidential information, uphold ethical standards, and collaborate with HR on staff engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Writing, or related field
- A minimum of five to seven years Marketing experience in a professional setting
- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks
- Flexible, capable of working under pressure
- Quick to learn new ideas and procedures
- Readily adapt to changing types of Authority customers (internal and external) and services provided by the Authority
- Energetic, upbeat, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, capable of identifying problems within own area of responsibility and taking action to correct them and forward others to proper area(s) for resolution
- Manage and monitor special assignments
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Possess a pro-company attitude and a willingness to attend work-related training and education programs
- Must possess valid motor vehicle operator's license that is not under suspension or revocation
