Job Summary
Marketing Communications Executive responsible for designing visual content and managing email marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. Develops high-quality assets for advertising, website content, brochures, leaflets, and customer communications; creates and optimizes email campaigns, newsletters, and automated journeys; collaborates with lead generation and website teams; skilled in video editing and motion graphics to drive engagement and conversions. Dublin-based, full-time role with a salary of €37,000 yearly plus up to 15% quarterly bonus. Must have strong graphic design and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, experience with Klaviyo or similar tools, and solid copywriting abilities. The role involves stakeholder management, producing assets for campaigns, and supporting cross-department communication initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Email marketing experience 2-3 years desirable
- Strong graphic design skills with experience creating digital and print marketing materials
- Advanced Canva skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Experience designing advertisements, website content, brochures, leaflets, presentations and email campaigns
- Video filming, editing and motion graphics experience desirable but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of visual branding, typography, layout and user engagement principles
- Experience in managing social media accounts including creating and posting videos and other content
- Be able to clearly communicate key findings and suggested development tactics
- Growth mindset with the ability to think laterally and implement change quickly
- High level of English and copywriting skills
- Pro-active person, who is a self-starter and brings ideas to life
