Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in marketing, communications, or brand leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multi‐channel marketing programs
- Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills
- Strong digital marketing experience (SEO, social media, analytics, web management)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‐functionally in a mission‐driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, disability services, Medicaid, LTSS, nonprofit, or regulated environments
- Experience supporting multi-state organizations or government-funded programs
- Experience overseeing communications during organizational transitions or large-scale rollouts
- Leadership experience within values-driven or high-growth organizations
