Job Summary

Represent Sandis at internal engagement functions, business development events, industry conferences, and project milestones while coordinating logistics and on-site support for sponsored conferences. Photograph events and projects, manage the photo library, and write social media posts, newsletters, and web content to ensure a consistent brand presence. Maintain a social media calendar, update website sections, and produce internal and external newsletters, digital and printed collateral, and brand assets. Support marketing operations by managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, tracking promotional materials and inventory, and maintaining marketing databases. Manage marketing-related purchasing and supplier activities while partnering on business development and proposal content.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience, preferably within the AEC industry
  • Experience with event/project photography, formal training preferred
  • Enthusiastic about building relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Comfortable representing an organization in person; communicating with clients, partners and staff at events
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and other creative tools a plus
  • Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM concepts and digital marketing strategies a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools, including Google Ads or similar platforms
