Job Summary

Promote Playgroup NSW’s mission through strategic marketing initiatives, boosting brand visibility, engaging communities, and driving participation through campaigns, content, social media, and e-communications. Support the execution of marketing strategy, maintain calendars, develop campaign content and collateral, manage cross-organisational projects, plan and deliver social media campaigns (paid and organic), manage EDMs and website updates, oversee Salesforce Account Engagement communications, support events and activations, liaise with internal teams and external partners, track campaign performance, and ensure content remains current across platforms. Requires ongoing collaboration, strong communication skills, and a willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check; hybrid work arrangement in Sydney, Australia.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & print)
  • Hands-on social media management (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) with analytics
  • Experience supporting events (planning, promotion, on-the-ground delivery)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce including Salesforce Account Engagement or similar) or willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Canva/Adobe
  • Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy, with strong Office 365 capability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Desired Qualifications

  • Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy, with strong Office 365 capability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
