Elementis seeks an entry-level Marketing & Communications Support for Performance Specialties to assist in campaigns, content creation, events coordination, and digital initiatives. The role emphasizes social media management, collateral creation, and regional event logistics with on-site presence in Porto and growth opportunities within a global specialty chemicals company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or equivalent
- Entry-level professional with 0-3 years of marketing or communications experience (entry level)
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Vimeo or similar tools, and MS Office
- Copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting internal communications
- Experience with social media content creation
- On-site availability at Porto office for a minimum of three days per week
- Ability to handle location logistics and materials for presentations and launches
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in marketing or communications roles in the chemical industry (preferred)
- Experience with managing social media campaigns and content creation
- Event coordination and logistics experience
- Copywriting and presentation design skills
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Vimeo or similar tools
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- CRM experience (nice to have)

Additional Requirements
