Marketing Communication Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee development and execution of localized strategic marketing communications plans to boost X-Rite’s brand presence across industries, including tradeshow and seminar management, media, association and industry standard committee relations, and support campaigns for channel partners. Collaborate with China local Application and Sales teams to enhance customer engagement and deliver results. Manage event promotion, pre/post-event activities, and materials; establish and maintain relationships with media partners, associations, and industry bodies; track ROI and optimize future event strategies to achieve annual targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in tradeshow and events management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as required
