Job Summary
Lead integrated communications initiatives by creating sales enablement materials, translating technical content into engaging messaging, and managing brand assets including logos and packaging. Plan and execute email campaigns and LinkedIn content while developing collateral for events and tradeshows. Coordinate product photography with the videographer and mentor junior design talent to maintain high standards. Track campaign performance, stay current with industry trends, and ensure all deliverables align with corporate brand guidelines and internal policies. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital channels and creative production to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing communications, creative strategy, or related discipline
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Email Marketing tools, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaborations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead design and branding initiatives from concept through execution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expertise in brand management and visual identity
- Ability to turn technical content into clear, compelling messaging
- Proficiency with marketing automation and content management tools
- Knowledge of photography, video, and multimedia production
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring junior talent
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
