Job Summary
Marketing Communication Specialist responsible for designing and creating online marketing content (newsletters, brochures, promotional emails), coordinating with design/PR to produce white papers, infographics, and videos; tracking campaign performance and ROI; analyzing consumer data to enhance brand awareness; managing and reporting on marketing metrics; building relationships with customers and industry professionals; coordinating on-site visits, workshops, and webinars monthly; requires strong communication and project management skills, familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Zoom) and Microsoft 360; local on-site role in Hauppauge, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public
- Project management experience and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications; experience in web page development or graphic design
- Superior customer relations phone skills
- CRM, HubSpot, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Zoom experience; proficient with Microsoft 360
- Ability to set up on-site visits, workshops, in-person seminars, webinars on a monthly basis
- Local candidate for on-site role
