Job Summary
Marketing Communications Specialist will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, coordinate with content and design teams to develop engaging materials, monitor campaign performance and provide insights, conduct market research and competitor analysis, support events and exhibitions, coordinate branding materials and on-ground activities, build relationships with external vendors, partners, universities, and corporate entities, assist in sponsorships and partnerships, ensure alignment of offline campaigns with brand guidelines, collaborate with sales, partnerships, product, and customer success teams, maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines, and support budgeting/marketing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience (online and offline)
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing concepts
- Experience with social media management and paid advertising platforms
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong advantage
