Marketing Communication Manager - Courtyard by Marriott Manado

Marketing Communication Manager responsible for completing the property's marketing plan, managing all e-commerce opportunities, developing relations with tourism bureaus and community leaders, and ensuring consistent marketing messaging across advertising and collateral. Activities include coordinating promotions for rooms, F&B, spa, and golf; developing leisure marketing plans to drive occupancy; updating and managing websites; handling brand loyalty communications; creating brochures and collateral; supervising photo shoots; analyzing website and email campaign performance; managing marketing budgets and ROI tracking; ensuring property voice consistency across guest touchpoints and following corporate marketing guidelines; exploring new marketing opportunities and distribution channels, and collaborating with convention bureaus, chambers of tourism, and vendors. Requires either a high school diploma/GED with 2 years in sales/marketing or a 2-year degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major.
