Job Summary
Promote brand awareness for The St. Regis Bali Resort and The Laguna A Luxury Collection Resort and Spa; use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty; communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales and tours; explain details for attending sales presentations to potential owners; verify eligibility for preview package tours; determine and award compliments to guests; perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing; assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; welcome guests and address service needs; prepare written documents and handle communication etiquette; develop positive working relationships and support team goals; ensure adherence to quality standards; perform light physical tasks; support other duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- License or Certification: None
