Job Summary
Marketing Communications Associate at Tahoe Donner Association responsible for designing and producing printed materials (amenity, promotional, safety and wayfinding signage), updating website information, managing ShopTD e-commerce, email proofing, and maintaining email lists. Requires Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop/Lightroom), WordPress, MailChimp, Basecamp proficiency, strong organizational and time-management skills, experience in AP journalistic style, and the ability to coordinate with the communications team to meet deadlines; includes managing external resources and vendors and supporting digital marketing efforts across CRM, website, apps, digital advertising, and social media; requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an in-house marketing team or agency with a proven track record
- 2+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop/Lightroom)
- Proficiency in WordPress, MailChimp, Basecamp, and Microsoft Office
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with driving record meeting minimum standards
