Job Summary
Design and develop Email and SMS notifications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, build and QA templates, migrate campaigns into SFMC channels, and establish deployment models that meet SLAs. Implement Journey Builder solutions to capture customer journeys, and provide leadership to program teams on end-to-end customer journeys across products and platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, ensure timely delivery, and promote best practices in Marketing Cloud development. Maintain secure coding practices and contribute to knowledge sharing and industry-trend initiatives. This role is based in Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
- AmpScript proficiency
- SSJS proficiency
- SQL proficiency
- HTML
- CSS
- Experience building and deploying Marketing Communications and email/SMS templates via SFMC
- Experience with SFMC development tasks (building email templates, content blocks, journey building)
- Ability to adhere to SLAs and manage capacity
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to manage marketing communications
- Experience within the Financial Services/Banking domain (valued)
