Job Summary
Lead the design, orchestration, and optimization of end-to-end marketing campaigns and multi-touch funnels across multi-channel programs. Own and scale marketing automation initiatives across Salesforce, Pardot, Engagement Studio, and Marketing Cloud, creating repeatable processes that support global growth. Build scalable customer journeys and nurturing programs tailored to different audience segments and stages of the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from first touch to conversion. Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align messaging, campaign execution, lead management, performance measurement, and budget tracking. Drive continuous performance improvement through A/B testing, CRO, funnel analysis, and AI-powered experimentation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for campaign performance, conversion rates, CAC, and overall marketing impact. Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team across marketing automation, digital marketing, and web experience functions, fostering accountability and innovation. Manage marketing automation and campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and measurable business outcomes.
