Job Summary

Develop and manage end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across platforms, from execution to optimisation and reporting. Manage and ensure data, technology, and strategy work together to maximise ad delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with creative, strategy, media and technology teams and vendors to implement integrated, multichannel campaigns; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver digital campaign plans; evaluate campaign strategies, provide recommendations, and adjust to optimise performance and goal conversion; provide post-campaign reporting insights; coordinate with media agencies on invoices and budgets; conduct research to optimise future campaigns; monitor local and international digital media properties to ensure best practices; keep the brand updated on changes in digital marketing and advise on new channels and approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media or related (essential)
  • +4 years’ experience in marketing campaign management role across digital campaigns and channels (essential)
  • Experience with analytics to inform and scale campaigns (essential)
  • Exposure to eCommerce or Financial Services environments (preferred/highly advantageous)
  • Proficient in advertising tools for reporting & measurement (Google Ads, DV360, GAM, Facebook Ad Manager) (essential)
  • Knowledge of customer journey management and content development
  • Strong commercial acumen in retail marketing
  • MS Office proficiency (essential)
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple large campaigns across channels
  • Ability to deliver campaigns on time and to quality standards
  • Integrity and accountability
