Job Summary
Marketing Campaign Manager (Portuguese) responsible for executing LATAM campaigns across digital, social, email, and events with local brand activations and asset localization in Spanish and Portuguese. Manages CRM campaigns (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation), coordinates briefs, timelines, translations, approvals, and compliance; serves as the regional execution lead between Central Marketing and LATAM teams; identifies bottlenecks and improves workflows; tracks and reports campaign performance metrics. Remote role based in Brazil with multi-market, FinTech/FX industry context and strong Portuguese (Brazil) and English proficiency; CRM experience (HubSpot a plus) and cross-country stakeholder coordination are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Portuguese with professional English proficiency (minimum B2)
- Spanish language knowledge will be considered an advantage
- 3+ years experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or marketing operations
- FX / FinTech industry experience is a must
- Proven experience delivering multi-market campaigns and coordinating cross-country stakeholders
- Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms and email campaign execution (HubSpot is an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
- Solid understanding of LATAM markets; Brazil-based profile preferred
- Experience in regulated, fintech, or financial services environments is a plus.
