Job Summary

Develop comprehensive campaign plans translating marketing strategy into coordinated execution across paid, owned, and earned channels. Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables from kickoff through completion while monitoring pacing and proactively addressing risks. Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate work across Digital Experience, CRM, Creative Services, Group Sales, and external vendors to ensure alignment with departmental objectives. Implement media plans by coordinating schedules, agency relationships, and vendor deliverables across traditional and digital channels. Translate creative direction into actionable production schedules, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and maintained to brand standards. Monitor campaign budgets, track expenses, and prepare post-campaign execution summaries to support strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns or campaign execution
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, traditional media, campaign planning, and production workflows
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to operate related equipment, i.e., computer, copier, scanner

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in performing arts, nonprofit, or cultural organizations
  • Knowledge of ticketed entertainment marketing and subscription-based business models
  • Experience working with media agencies, advertising vendors, and production partners
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, email marketing, and campaign analytics
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Tessitura preferred)
  • Experience with project management software (Asana preferred)
