Job Summary
Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and event logistics for Career Transition, Mobility, and ICEO lines of service. Manage the annual event calendar, coordinating with vendors to deliver seamless physical, virtual, and hybrid experiences while driving delegate registrations and on-the-day conversions. Develop integrated digital strategies across email, social media, and paid channels to maximize lead generation and post-event engagement. Collaborate with sales, solutions, and analytics teams to set KPIs, measure performance, and refine future event strategies. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-touch brand delivery within budget. This role supports LHH's global talent solutions by fostering client relationships and enhancing brand awareness through high-impact events.
Required Qualifications
- Valid work permit required, this role does not support visa sponsorship
- Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding B2B events with 3+ years of experience in managing all aspects of events and associated marketing activities
- Experience in managing all aspects of event logistics, vendor relationships and budget
- Expertise in leveraging digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns to drive event registrations, attendance and post-event conversion
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, track, and report on event performance
- English
