Job Summary
Coordinate execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, web, and events; support campaign launches, audience management, campaign tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities; maintain LinkedIn publishing calendar and draft/edit social media content, email copy, and campaign communications; create and update sales-facing materials (PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, activation kits); ensure alignment with business objectives; coordinate cross-functional deliverables across marketing, sales, product, and leadership; assist with sponsorship and event activation; proactively identify risks and blockers; drive structure and accountability within a growing marketing organization; support planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and customer events.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign coordination, business operations, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience creating professional PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations
- Experience writing business communications, marketing content, social media posts, or email communications
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve
- Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders and teams
