Job Summary
Marketing & Business Development Specialist needed to grow referral networks, build long-term relationships with physicians and clinical leaders, and expand Epic Pain Management's presence in the Laredo market. Role focuses on generating new business opportunities, serving as the face of the organization in the community, promoting services to hospitals, clinics, and medical groups, delivering materials and referral resources, maintaining CRM activity, tracking outreach, monitoring competitive activity, and representing Epic at community and professional events. Requires experience in sales, marketing, or business development; strong interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with intercity travel, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, located in Laredo, TX.
