Job Summary

Draft and coordinate responses to RFPs, customized pitches, and presentations while maintaining up-to-date marketing materials. Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to raise the firm's profile among key target audiences, including social media distribution and directory submissions. Conduct research on sector and client trends to support business development efforts, develop client toolkits, and manage targeted mailing lists for outreach. Coordinate client seminars, webinars, and association activities, providing day-of support and metrics-driven reporting. Assist in developing strategic marketing initiatives for the life sciences and health care sector, including digital health and medtech programs. Work closely with global M&BD colleagues and sector leadership to execute profile-raising plans and drive revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to independently execute campaigns and other assigned projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to think broadly and demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter
  • Pragmatic, diplomatic and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and personalities
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, especially with teams across countries and time zones
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain an excellent eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Five (5)+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Established knowledge and experience of the life sciences and health care sector

Desired Qualifications

  • Five (5)+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a legal or professional services sector
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
