Job Summary
Business Development Representative in healthcare focusing on field-based referral-building and client growth. Responsible for developing and maintaining referral sources, generating and closing new leads, conducting outreach (cold calling and networking), planning and attending community events, tracking performance with weekly reports, and managing one’s own schedule and territory. Requires strong relationship-building, networking, time management, organization, confident communication with public speaking ability, and a results-oriented, assertive, and competitive mindset. Compensation includes base salary plus commission/bonus with ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities. Work location is in-person in Burlingame, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Sales/marketing experience or marketing degree
- Valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
- Full-time availability
- Healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
