Job Summary

Marketing & Business Development Intern for Summer 2026 with OBR in Ohio. Will support lead research, CRM operations, and marketing efforts, including pipeline growth, customer engagement, lead follow-up, and data management in Dynamics CRM and HubSpot. Responsibilities include researching inbound leads and target accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google Search, and other tools; qualifying potential clients based on industry, facility type, geography, and likely need; assisting with outreach preparation; updating and maintaining CRM data; supporting segmentation and campaign outreach; identifying companies interacting with the website or campaigns; utilizing AI tools to improve communications and drafts; and collaborating with marketing and business development teams on growth initiatives. Preferred qualifications include strong written/verbal communication, research skills, organizational ability, and familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, CRM systems, HubSpot, or AI tools. This on-site internship offers hands-on experience with HubSpot, Dynamics CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and AI-based communication platforms, and provides opportunities to work closely with experienced marketing and business development leaders in Grandview Heights, Ohio.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, sales, analytics, engineering, or a related field.
