Job Summary
Marketing Business Data Analyst I supports marketing analytics and member insights by collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, building dashboards and reports, evaluating marketing campaign performance across channels, and delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize targeting, messaging, and ROI. Responsibilities include collaborating with business channels to translate goals into analytical requirements, maintaining data quality, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, and supporting data-driven decisions across marketing, product, and service areas. Required skills include SQL, and preferably Python, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, QuickSight); 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field; degree preferred in data analytics, statistics, business, or finance; strong communication, time management, and ability to work independently and in a team. Location: Minnesota or Wisconsin with largely virtual work and occasional onsite in St. Paul, MN; standard Monday–Friday hours; salary range $69,100–$88,100 annually; remote/hybrid flexibility and comprehensive total rewards package.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or related role developing reporting based on complex analysis for, and presenting insights to, business leadership required; focus on marketing analytics preferred
