Job Summary
Marketing & Branding Manager to own and scale S&K Building Services' marketing presence across 21 markets and 15 brands. Responsibilities include managing Google Business Profiles, paid advertising, SEO, social media, website management, lead generation, and content creation; coordinating weekly multi-market campaigns; partnering with branch leaders and senior leadership to drive local presence, demand, and revenue; building city-specific landing pages and landing-page optimization; leading reporting on impressions, calls, discovery, CPL, CPC, and ROAS; ensuring consistent brand voice and robust content across platforms. Required hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, GBP, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite; ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3 years minimum of hands-on digital marketing experience with multi-location or multi-brand ownership
- Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 certifications or affluency in system
- Proven local SEO experience - GBP setup and optimization, city-level keyword strategy, schema markup
- Hands-on WordPress management, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite experience
- Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable owning multiple programs simultaneously across 19 markets
