Job Summary
Lead planning, logistics, promotion, and execution of client-facing events, attorney speaking engagements, roundtables, CLE programs, and sponsorship activations. Develop event strategies aligned with firm priorities to support relationship-building and revenue growth while managing budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event ROI tracking. Partner with attorneys to design thought leadership programs, contribute to legal directory submissions, and create targeted client pitches and proposals. Manage marketing collateral, web content, and attorney bios; conduct research on clients and markets to inform strategic outreach. Collaborate on digital initiatives including website updates, social media, and email campaigns. Requires 5–8 years of marketing and business development experience in a law firm, 10% travel, and proficiency with Microsoft applications and HubSpot.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing and business development in a professional services environment
- Proven experience managing professional events from concept through execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Desired Qualifications
- Ideally 5–8 years of marketing and business development experience within a law firm
- Experience in Hubspot a plus (not required)
