Job Summary
Create compelling, commercially focused B2B marketing plans and assets for workplace, retail, and hospitality leasing objectives, driving demand and supporting leasing performance. Lead the creation of marketing campaigns while managing agency relationships, budgets, and performance reporting against monthly forecasts. Coordinate trade events, collateral, and membership activity across industry platforms, ensuring void sites and assets impacted by works align with portfolio plans. Measure marketing effectiveness to demonstrate return on investment and support continuous improvement. Work closely with internal leasing, property, and asset management teams to deliver the Urban business unit strategy and respective business plans.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing within the real estate sector
- Strong understanding of workplace, retail, hospitality leasing and property marketing
- Strong understanding of leasing dynamics across retail, hospitality and office sectors
- Good understanding of target customers across hospitality, retail and workplace sectors
- Strong awareness of the competitive landscape, trends and emerging opportunities
- Proven track record delivering B2B leasing marketing campaigns
- Experience in London real estate
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing agencies, marketing budgets and multiple workstreams effectively
- Strong writing and communication skills
- A good understanding of the latest marketing techniques, trends and market activity
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent project and event management skills
- Experience delivering trade shows, exhibitions, launches or similar activity
- Strong attention to detail
- Good judgement
