Job Summary
Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing campaigns, email workflows, and lead generation systems. Hands-on execution-focused role responsible for building and managing automation workflows, lead scoring and segmentation, email campaign execution, and aligning marketing systems with sales outcomes. Must be proficient with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo, and capable of designing nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows, testing and troubleshooting workflow logic, and ensuring CRM integration and accurate lead routing with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Zoho. Strong focus on data management, segmentation, GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CCPA compliance, analytics, and building dashboards to drive pipeline and revenue. Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours and collaborating across marketing and sales to optimize campaigns and attribution.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with workflow creation
- Lead scoring
- Email campaigns
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (segmentation, reporting)
- Understanding of email compliance and data privacy
- Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours
