Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Summary
Manage marketing automation development phases including requirements gathering, design, testing, configuration, and advanced administration. Drive email marketing processes by building, testing, scheduling, segmenting lists, and managing resends to increase open rates and reduce unsubscribes. Support campaign execution through customer journey builds, landing page creation, and tracking. Optimize lead nurturing and scoring programs by testing workflows and analyzing content improvements. Oversee reporting on lead scoring, hand over qualified leads to Salesforce, and develop dashboards for executive metrics. Collaborate with campaign managers, sales operations, and external agencies on system integration, database governance, and creative asset implementation. Document processes and provide internal training on automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of managing marketing automation technology platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce
- Experience of business intelligence or analytics dashboard tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Relevant Bachelor's degree such as Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-cultural matrix structure environment
- Flexibility and the ability to manage a wide range of projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literacy, including experience of CRM and marketing automation technologies, web publishing and HTML, Microsoft Office, Tableau or Power BI
- Experience within a client service orientated marketing environment (e.g. marketing agency, professional services firm or B2B environment)
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
