Job Summary
The Marketing Automation Senior Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and managing the Marketing Automation platform for the 3M business groups. This role combines marketing, technology, and database skills to handle lead generation, develop solutions for product information operations, and manage channel and e-commerce content marketing. Key responsibilities include creating automated marketing campaigns, managing email and landing pages, developing lead management strategies, performing analytics and reporting, and assisting in project transitions. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience in Marketing Automation platforms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with tools like Eloqua, Workfront, and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years experience in any Marketing Automation platform
- At least 3 years working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Advanced experience in Eloqua
- Familiarity on Workfront, Salesforce, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Digital Marketing including: Marketing, Marketing Automation Campaigns, E-mail Campaigns, digital advertising, web and mobile sites, social media, e-commerce and a general understanding of web technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects
- High degree of accuracy and ability to work at a detailed level on a daily basis
