Job Summary
Marketing Automation Manager - Marketo drives global marketing campaigns via Marketo programs across email, paid search, paid social, webinars/events, and ABM. You’ll build and manage Marketo programs, ensure data hygiene, manage lead lists, maintain email consent practices, oversee integrations between Marketo and other martech tools, coordinate with regions and business units, train Marketo users, and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and tracking to improve engagement, deliverability, and performance. Strong collaboration with Demand Gen, Programs, Events, and Marketing Ops teams, plus hands-on work with HTML/CSS and reporting to quantify campaign success.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience using Marketo
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Functional experience in HTML and CSS
- Experience with various martech platforms and tools
- Adept at reporting tools; Excel, SFDC, Looker Studio or equivalent
- Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance
- B2B marketing experience
