Marketing Automation Manager

Job Summary
Own end-to-end marketing automation, designing, building, and optimizing automated customer journeys across the lifecycle for all digital products. Lead onboarding and advanced utilization of Braze, leveraging its features (in-app, triggers, cross-channel orchestration beyond Email/SMS). Develop high-impact strategies to drive retention, engagement, loyalty, and revenue. Execute data-driven audience segmentation and deep personalization based on behavioral and transactional data. Deeply analyze campaign performance, monitor key marketing KPIs, and translate data into actionable optimization insights. Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Product Managers, and Data/Tech teams to advance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Hands-on experience building journeys In-house
- Experience with Braze
- Experience with enterprise-grade systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in e-Commerce
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Proactive, self-motivated with cross-functional leadership
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
- Experience in large-scale B2C environments is advantageous
