Job Summary
Marketing Associate supports and executes integrated marketing initiatives across Wasatch entities, coordinating campaigns, content, email marketing, social media, and AI-driven marketing tools to ensure brand consistency across digital and physical platforms. Responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, campaign tracking and optimization, email marketing and automation, audience segmentation, performance analysis (open rate, CTR, conversions), AI-driven marketing tool implementation, data dashboards, content creation across digital and print, collaboration with development, capital, management, venture, and manufacturing teams, and proactive identification of opportunities to improve marketing performance and communication. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, creativity, collaboration, and ensuring alignment with brand voice across platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Working knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation platforms
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and brand voice
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and reporting
