Job Summary
Marketing Analyst role in Canada (Toronto) to support growth in the Canadian market by driving data-informed marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include translating insights into actionable marketing plans, developing and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, app banners & push, paid media, social, digital marketing ecosystems), writing and editing marketing copy, monitoring campaign performance with weekly reporting, and collaborating with Product, Analytics, Compliance, Tech, Design, PR, and Brand to ensure campaigns are aligned and compliant. Requires 3-4 years in Marketing/ Growth/ Communications (fintech or regulated industry preferred), strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, hands-on multi-channel campaign experience, data-to-insights capability, excellent written/verbal communication, strong PM skills, and proficiency with BI, Google Analytics, marketing automation, and tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Marketing, Growth or Communications, preferably within fintech, financial services, banking, or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, digital acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion strategies.
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across CRM, email, paid digital, social, referral, and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and make informed, performance-driven marketing decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools including BI, Google Analytics and social listening tools.
- Experience with marketing automation, campaign reporting, and content development.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
