Job Summary
Marketing Associate on the External Affairs team drives day-to-day brand marketing tactics to amplify stories that drive change. Responsibilities include managing digital signage content in the CMS, coordinating website updates for fresh and timely content, supporting marketing campaigns and assets across channels, building and deploying email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting experiential marketing initiatives and events, assisting with centralized contract processes and vendor budgets, and managing branded assets. Key skills include CMS and CMS workflows, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email marketing, web content coordination, project management (Asana), analytics (Google Analytics), collaboration across cross-functional teams, attention to detail in written and verbal communications, and a focus on measurable impact to grow audience and convert followers to visitors and lifelong advocates.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or brand marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), ticketing systems, Google Analytics, Asana, and Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and maintain a strong impact focus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Ability to ensure accountability and manage multiple competing project priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
- A collaborative team player able to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage ambiguity
