Job Summary
Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing operations across the organization, coordinating projects, maintaining marketing assets, supporting retail marketing efforts, assisting with content creation and digital marketing, and ensuring in-store materials and signage are accurate. Responsibilities include coordinating events/photoshoots, processing PO/invoices, maintaining marketing calendars, managing social media scheduling, organizing marketing assets, coordinating with design and sales teams, supporting vendor communications and community outreach, maintaining promotional graphics and digital signage, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
