Job Summary
Marketing Associate role at Maxwell (EV tech) joining the marketing team to develop stories, launch campaigns, and promote Maxwell in front of the right audience. Key duties include competitor research and market trends analysis, managing email and social media campaigns, collaborating with content writers, designers, and product teams to create blogs and case studies, maintaining the content calendar, supporting SEO and website tweaks, tracking campaign performance with simple reports, assisting with PR, events, and outreach, and performing lead-gen tasks such as email blasts and contact list maintenance. Basic tools knowledge (Google Sheets, Docs) and a genuine interest in the EV/clean tech space are desired; internship or project experience in marketing, Canva, Mailchimp, and social media tools are a plus. Requires a recent degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with cross-functional collaboration with engineers and product teams.
