Job Summary

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives while maintaining brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints. Organize and maintain a digital asset library, conduct audits of retail partner sites, and assist in executing local marketing initiatives and event support in partnership with DCM Inc. Manage physical marketing requests including swag, banners, and printed collateral in collaboration with design teams, and assist with visual merchandising at third-party retailers. Pitch new creative concepts, participate in team meetings, and ensure all assets comply with state cannabis advertising regulations. This role balances creativity with compliance awareness within a fast-growing, highly regulated cannabis environment, supporting the mission to democratize cannabis access.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check
  • Bachelor's degree (any field) or equivalent work or cannabis experience
  • At least one (1) year of marketing experience and/or one (1) year of cannabis industry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Willingness and ability to visit all sites (Hagerstown, MD & Washington, C.) occasionally
  • Ability to carry/lift loads of up to 50lbs at times
  • Ability to stand, stoop, squat, sit or crouch for more than 4 hours sequentially
  • Ability to extend and repetitively use arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects
  • Compliance with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
