Job Summary
Marketing Associate role supporting Element451 and Enrollify, focusing on social media and podcast/content operations. Responsibilities include owning the social content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram, creating/scheduling content, coordinating with internal teams, proactive social monitoring, partnering with designers on social assets, and managing outreach briefs. Also responsible for Enrollify content and podcast operations: managing the Pulse Check series end-to-end, sourcing guests for In Your Element and Higher Intelligence, serving as the primary liaison for creators and guests (outreach, scheduling, and prep), maintaining show pages and episode listings, and building the weekly curated content newsletter. The role emphasizes remote work in a part-time capacity (~20 hours/week), with East Coast remote preference and a strong emphasis on independent work and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, content, social media, or podcast/media production (internship counts)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written communication
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship management
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
