Job Summary
Marketing Associate responsible for end-to-end campaign and content execution across channels (LinkedIn, email, web, and paid) to elevate CharterUP's brand. Responsibilities include owning timelines and deliverables, translating business priorities into compelling marketing initiatives, supporting media outreach and executive visibility, developing blogs/newsletters/social content, coordinating with design, video, and leadership teams, and tracking performance with analytics. The role requires collaboration across content, PR, campaigns, and executive communications, with a focus on driving high-impact output and aligning messaging to business priorities in a remote-first environment with an Austin-centric hub. 4+ years of marketing experience, strong writing, project ownership, GA analytics proficiency, event support, and familiarity with B2B/tech/SaaS marketing are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or related fields
- Ability to independently own projects from concept through execution
- Strong writing and storytelling across multiple formats
- Proficiency with Google Analytics for performance tracking
- Experience with event support and coordination
- Familiarity with B2B, technology, SaaS, or product marketing is a plus
