Job Summary
Analyze local and global market data, technological advancements, and industry dynamics to uncover trends fueling category strategy and innovation positioning. Develop comprehensive reports on new product introductions, market trends, and consumer preferences to inform the category innovation and V2M teams. Support the development, positioning, and commercialization of new scent technologies and fragrance solutions, translating complex insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate supporting marketing efforts for commercializing IFF's innovation pipeline and customer growth initiatives. Create impactful presentations, launch toolkits, and customer-facing content that articulate IFF's value propositions and category leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or fragrance technology
- 3+ years in B2B marketing
- preferably in Fragrances, Fabric and Home Care
