Job Summary
Hybrid Marketing Associate role near the Saint Louis office requiring collaboration with the marketing lead to execute strategic plans. Responsibilities include summarizing key messaging to drive engagement, writing and directing email and direct mail content, supporting events and webinars from start to finish, leveraging CRM to manage target lists and track campaign progress, producing on-brand materials with consistent tone, coordinating digital campaigns (social, PPC, display, website inbound, emails, events), and reporting campaign results to stakeholders. The role emphasizes staying current with event, webinar, social and campaign best practices and promoting innovative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services marketing or B2B marketing
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (preferred)
- Experience using CRM products (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot)
- Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize changing workloads
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to format and develop on-brand marketing materials
- Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns (social, PPC, display, website inbound, emails, events) and reporting results
